Ever wonder what your Steam account is actually worth? Paste a profile in and this adds up every game at its Steam Store price, plus the tradable inventory. You get one number to put a figure on years of buying, plus the breakdown behind it.

What goes into the number

Account value is not a single clean figure, so we show the parts that make it up:

• Games owned. The full US Steam Store price of every game on the account that is still sold, looked up game by game. This is what it would cost to rebuild the library today, not counting sales. Free and delisted games have no price, so they are counted but add nothing.
• What you actually spent. Steam does not share purchase history with outside tools, so we do not guess it. The account owner can see their exact total on Steam's account spend page.
• Inventory value. Trading cards, and for some accounts the big one, CS2 and other tradable items. The inventory tool goes deeper on this.

Add the games and the inventory together and you have the account's value on paper. Money is only one way to measure an account, so if you want the hours instead, here is how to check your Steam playtime.

How to check your account value

1. Grab your profile link, or search your username above.
2. Paste it in and run it.
3. Read the total, then open the breakdown to see where the value sits.

A word on what "value" means

There is a gap between what an account is worth on paper and what you could sell it for. Selling or buying accounts is against Steam's rules and can get an account banned, so treat this as a fun figure and a way to see your spending, not a price tag. FAQ

Why is the value so high? It counts the full store price of every game, ignoring sales. Almost nobody pays that, since most of a library gets bought during sales. For what you really paid, Steam's account spend page shows your exact total when you are signed in.

Why are some of my games not counted? Free to play games, delisted games and games not sold in the US store have no price to look up. The tool shows how many games it priced and how many had no store price.

Does it include money spent on in game purchases? No. It cannot see spending inside games, like skins bought through a game's own store or microtransactions. It covers games, market inventory, and store value.

Can I check someone else's account value? Yes, as long as their profile and game details are public. Paste their profile link the same way.
