A note on private profiles
All of this reads public data through Xbox Live. Xbox privacy settings are stricter than most platforms, and a lot of accounts hide their games, achievements, or history by default. If a profile is locked down, the tools have little to show. You can loosen those settings in your Xbox privacy options under your Microsoft account.
