PlayStation Wrap-Up
PlayStation puts out an official Wrap-Up every December, but it only shows up for a few weeks and it needs you signed in. This gives you a recap of your year any time you want it, built from your public trophy activity: the games you played, the trophies you earned, and the platinums you landed.
Any year, any time — not just December. Public trophy data only.
What your recap shows
- Trophies earned. Everything you unlocked during the year, by grade.
- Platinums. The ones you finished off this year, front and center.
- Top games. The titles you were most active in, ranked by trophy activity.
- New games. The count of games you touched for the first time.
- A card worth sharing. The whole recap wraps into one image built to screenshot and post.
The problem with the official one
Sony's Wrap-Up is genuinely good, and for total playtime it is the only real source, since PlayStation can see the hours you cannot easily pull yourself. But it has three limits that send people looking for another option every single year.
It is only live for a few weeks. The 2025 Wrap-Up went out on December 9 and the whole thing closed on January 8, 2026. Miss that window and it is gone, which is exactly what fills the r/playstation threads asking why the link no longer works.
You cannot see past years. As players point out every year, once a campaign ends there is no archive. One r/PS4 thread is just people asking how to compare last year to this year, with no good answer.
And it can feel thin. When Sony dropped the old month-by-month breakdown, the r/Trophies community was openly disappointed, calling the newer version static and cut down from what it used to be.
Our recap does not replace the official hours count, but it runs any time, covers past years, and reads straight from your trophies, so it is there when Sony's is not.
How to use it
- Type your PSN online ID.
- Pick the year you want to look back on.
- Read the recap, then grab the share card if you want to post it.
For the fullest recap, your trophies need to be visible in your PlayStation privacy settings. A private trophy list leaves most of the card blank.
Finding the official Wrap-Up
If it is December or early January and you want Sony's version with your real hours, our guide to finding your PlayStation Wrap-Up covers where it lives and why it sometimes will not load.
The all-time view
Wrap-Up is about a single year. For your lifetime picture instead, the trophy tracker has your full trophy count and every platinum you have ever earned.
FAQ
Is this the official PlayStation Wrap-Up? No. This is an independent recap built from public trophy data, available any time. The official one comes from Sony each December, and our guide explains how to find it.
Why does my recap show trophies but not hours? Playtime is not public on PlayStation, so a recap built from public data leans on trophies and games. Only the official Wrap-Up can show your true hours.
Can I see past years? Yes, as far back as your public trophy history goes. That is the main thing the official Wrap-Up cannot do, since its campaign closes in early January and does not archive.
